• Premises liability for sexual assault in parking garage. Successful defense verdict. Dangerous condition not foreseeable.

• Personal injury resulting from fall from deer blind. Successful defense verdict. Plaintiff more that fifty per cent negligent.

• Violations of non-competition and confidentiality agreements.

• Shareholders derivative suit. Successful defense verdict and recovery of $250,000 for defendant in attorneys fees.

• Representation of the United States Department of Energy. Coupling failure at a geothermal well in Louisiana allegedly resulting from placing pipe in sour service.

• Representation of adjacent well owners. Blowout occurred during time the well was shut in awaiting connection to pipeline. Damage to producing formation.

• Declaratory judgment action in dispute between two insurers. Subsurface blowout resulted in damage to the formation and a halt to drilling operations. Continuous control of the well at the surface.

• Representation of working interest owners in litigation against operators regarding various disputes arising under operating agreement.
